Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
